There would be a total of 15 minifigs.
-Two pikemen, minifig would have a dark pearl gray helmet with neck protector, dark stone spear with four side blades, and black legs.
-Two archers, minifig would have a dark pearl gray helmet with neck protector, a redish brown crossbow, and black legs.
-Two spearmen, minifig would have a dark pearl gray helmet with brim and chinstrap, a black spear, black legs, and a triangular shield.
-One axeman, minifig would have a dark pearl gray helmet with neck protector, black legs, and a triangular shield.
-One swordsman, minifig would have dark pearl gray helmet with fixed face grill, a dark pearl gray sword, black pants with printed design similar to the one the Dragon Knights use, and a triangular shield.
-One mounted Knight, minifig would have a black helmet with a pointed visor with a blue plume, a dark pearl gray sword, black printed legs similar the one the Dragon Knights use, and a oblong shield (horse would be black with black decorated bard, dark pearl gray horse head armor, and a dark pearl gray unicorn horn sprial).
-One mounted King, minifig would have chrome gold crown with white plume, chrome gold longsword printed blue legs, a oblong shield that would have either a gold stripe around the outside or gold bolts depending on what the regular shields looked like, and a blue cape (horse would be black with black decorated bard, metallic gold horse head armor, and a gold unicorn horn spiral).
-One Queen, minifig could be similar to 7181 but the red would be black and the black would be blue.
-One Princess, minifig could look like the one on 7947 but the white would be black and the red would be white and/or blue.
-One Jester, like the one the Lions use but the red would be black and the belt bucket would have the Black Falcons emblem.
-One Blacksmith, like the one on 10193 except the colors could be reversed and a different head.
-One Forestman, like the Collectible Minifigures one but with green arms and a different head.
Fourteen don't seem to unrealistic because 375 had 14 minifigs but the number can be cut back to 11 if Lego doesn't want so many. http://www.peeron.com/inv/sets/375-2
The shield designs could be like the one pictured above or like the ones on the 10223 Kingdoms Joust.
