Main Section

Lego has a figure that is very tiny. It is refereed to as the "statuette" or "nanofig" It is one brick tall, fits on a single Lego stud, and is often used as a trophy and in one case a voodoo doll.

The purpose of this project is to promote their integration into Lego proper. Many elements of Lego, primarily, Architecture & Midi builds are built on a scale much more extreme than minifigs.

Imagine a few of these hanging out on the London Bridge, a VERY tiny Bobba Fett coming with the 2 inch long Slave 1, or a few hanging out on your new Cuusoo Minecraft set.

It would also be AWESOME (in my humble opinion) if Lego started making these things in trans-blue to use as Star Wars holograms.

These figs just happen to be exactly the right scale for use with the Corellian Defender that I have built http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/11084

Here is an example of a Jedi Knight from Star Wars the Old Republic (perhaps the captain of the Corellian Defender) that has been "Nano-fied". For most monitors the right most image should approximate actual size.
