    Apartment and Coffee Shop

    Main Section
    This corner building is designed to fit with the other modular buildings in the series. It has a brick facade similar to the fire brigade and a stone tower as well as a fire escape. The two black and gray things in front of the coffee shop are parking meters (the city needs to raise money somehow). I have listed features for each of the building's floors under the pictures of each floor.

    Due to the inability to show more than 5 pictures on Cuusoo, I have created an MOC page to display more photos for this model, which can be viewed here. (I'm working on adding updated pics).

    The first floor of the building features a coffee shop and the first floor of a triplex (3 story) apartment. The coffee shop features a counter with 2 registers, 2 coffee machines, a blender, and wall-mounted menu boards. There are also 2 tables, each with 2 chairs, and a coffee shop sign on the front facade of the store. The apartment first floor has a tiled foyer with a fancy staircase and the storage area contains a refrigerator and a bicycle.

    A view of the second floor of the apartment building. It contains a kitchen with cabinets, a sink, and a stove with an exhaust hood, as well as a small dining area. There is also a family room with a TV, a sofa, and a plant in the corner.

    A view of the third floor of the apartment building. This floor contains the bedroom with a bed, nightstand, wall mount TV, computer, and dresser. The full bathroom has a blue and white tiled floor, sink, toilet, and shower.
