    Ford Model A; フォード・モデルA

    Main Section
    The Ford Model A was one of the most famous iconic cars from the 1920s and 1930s. Manufactured between 1927 and 1931, it was designed to replace Henry Ford's successful Model T (1908-1927). Today, the car is still very popular. There are Model A clubs and a lot of people like to use the Model A to make stylish hot rods!

    The goal of this project is to encourage The LEGO Group to manufacture sets featuring popular antique cars. The Volkwagen sets are nice, but it would be great to see some other iconic vehicles. A lot of antique car enthusiasts also like building model kits, so a LEGO car may appeal to their interests as well.

    However, this project needs your help, and I will be taking all of your comments and suggestions into condideration. Which car do you prefer? Would you like a set with the car only or would you want it in a playset?

    Note:
    I do use custom parts in my concepts for some of the minifigures from companies including: BrickArms, BrickForge, BrickWarriors and Arealight. Chromed bricks are also made by ChromeBricks and ChromeBlockCity.

    Gangster Getaway Car:
    The 1920s and 1930s were famous for prohibition, the rough economy during the Great Depression and the gangsters who exploited both. This was the age of Al Capone, Bonnie and Clyde and John Dilinger.

    Comes with three gangsters, including a "Godfather."

    Police Car:
    This is the car you need to catch those crooked criminals! Special features in this police car include a blue siren, red light, and barred windows in the back to keep the mobsters at bay. Comes with police minifigure.

    Lego Delivery Car:
    Remember the cool LEGO trucks The LEGO Group made? They have never made an antique car/truck. Special features in this model include a minifigure hood ornament/mascot and LEGO delivery man. The minifigure is supposed to be the LEGO mascot from the 1950s.

    Pickup Truck:
    Not into cars? How about a classic truck instead? This model sports working brick-built doors, as well as a working trunk/boot door. There is plenty of room for cargo in the back! Cargo includes crates, barrels filled with "fruit," and a dog. Includes farmer minifigure.
