    City 'B-Train' Truck & Trailer Series

    Main Section
    This is a 'B-Train', a truck & trailer combination consisting of a tractor unit and two semi-trailers. These are very common in New Zealand and Australia. In the main picture the unit is shown in set 7733 colours with modified forklift from the same set. Carrying capacity is five 6x4 stud pallets. Both sides of the trailers open out.

    In the second picture, I have split the combination into their separate components and shown the front and rear views. Colours are the new dark red and white with metalized silver for the wheel rims. The red and yellow 1x1 studs on the tractor and trailers are meant to be electrical and air connections and I have an idea for a new element that would connect between them.

    The third picture shows two alternative tractors, the blue one on the left being modified from set 7686 and the lilac one on the right modified from set 3221.

    In the fourth picture, the top part shows the tractor with just the rear trailer on, and the bottom part shows the front trailer with a different trailer behind, in this case the trailer from set 3180. The red piece between the trailers is part #3709 (Plate 2x4, 3xDIA4.9), used to keep the 3180 trailer level.
