Concept
This concept integrates marble runs into mini Star Wars scenes. Once you have built the model you can play with the marble run and, depending on the scene, challenge your friends and have fun together.
The marble runs would be single- or double-tracked. With a double-tracked marble run two players could compete against each other. Each player gets one or several marbles. Depending on the scene it could be a race (e.g. podrace) or the players have to hit the other player’s marble (e.g. x-wing vs death star turret) or a combination of both.
Five new parts would be required which could also be used for other mods. I’m aware that new parts lower the chance to pass a review. But after building several prototypes using existing parts I came to the conclusion to go with new parts since they are stable, simple and have a proper design.
A set would include
- a base plate 32x32
- sloping bricks, curved and straight plates/wall elements and one or several marbles
- a mini or micro model and/or theme based pillars depending on the scene
- further scene specific bricks
