    Main Section
    In a galaxy of secrets, Off-World Logistics and Surveillance(OWLS) is the premier independent spy agency. This set and the OWLS product line are meant to fit in with the galaxy squad sets offered by LEGO group. OWLS is meant to be a neutral faction that pursues business relationships with both sides.

    The ScopScout is meant to be the introductory "pocket money" set. Weighing in at 67 parts with a suggested price under $10, it includes all the essentials for the frugal builder to start up his own OWLS franchise. Those essentials being the curved black fairings, secret compartments, trans-red trim, minifig, basic minifig gear, and flick missiles.
