The minifigs and accessories. There are different items that fit in the minifig's hands: Bow, sword, shield, axe, spear, treasure chest, goblet, and chicken leg.

The palintone and the treasure chest are both able to fit on the cart via 2x2 jumper plates. The treasure chest fits into the area behind the ladder.

The set is designed for several different play scenarios. The two minifigs could be friends or adversaries. The green one could be a peasant, ranger, or thief. The mail-clad one could be a soldier, tyrant, or armed bandit. Or they could be something entirely different. Either could dwell in the structure. It is equipped to be anything from hidden fortress to forest checkpoint to thief's hideout or anything in between. The builder is the boss here. There are plenty of options, but nothing that attempts to confine the builder to one particular "storyline"
