This a Modular I really wanted to do. I had seen online a couple of Flower Shop Modulars, but I don't know I just thought it needed a lil more ughm! So I decided to give my Flower Shop a shot. I knew coming in that I wanted a green building. The only other buildings that I've seen green like this is the Green Grocer and the Haunted House. Naturally I thought it was the most fitting of colors for this modular.
The Facade of this modular is composed of three sections: The Ground Floor, The Lounge Area (2nd Floor) and Rooftop.
The Store Front has three large windows so you can easily see in into the flower shop. But not before noticing all the beautiful flowers outside for sale.
The Ground floor is the actual Flower Shop complete with Refrigerators for the flowers and Floral Arrangements, a Register with a Cashier, a display with lots of vases to choose from for your arrangements, a back office and a beautiful staircase! I love the floors in this modular. The ground floor Floor's are divided in 3 sections. The front part of the store has a beautiful tan and green tile floor. The section that leads to the back door has dark tan tiles (planks) as to look like a wood floor and the back office has light grey tiles as to look like a concrete floor for the working area.
The Second Floor - Mezzanine (The Lounge Area) is perfect for guests to lounge around look at flower and floral arrangement books, as well as, for the florist to sit down with private clients and talk about what it is they want with their flower order. (Example: A bride needing flowers for her wedding). The Tiled light grey and blue floors give it a beautiful contrast when you have Tiers 1 and 2 together on top of each otherr and look down through the center (Centrum). This floor has a Sofa guests can lounge in, a side table, two plants, a gorgeous flower painting above the landing, shelves of books and a beautiful staircase.
The Third Floor (Rooftop) has a table with two chairs perfect for employees to come up and have their break or lunch. Also helps that the view is great from up there! :)
The Back Facade is composed of a beautiful mini-garden.
