    Easy for programming & instruction guide of NXT & WeDo, and able to connect via Bluetooth / USB.
    Touch device is friendly to children. No need to have a expensive PC!!
    Of course I suggest that remote control app that utilizes 3D acceleration sensor of iPad.

    I found a production which make it able to use bluetooth and smartphone to control Power Functions:
